Return Policy

We’re dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase at order420.com. If you’re not happy with one of our products, please reach out to our customer service team via email at hello@order420.com, and we’ll work hard to address any concerns you have.
However, if you’d like to initiate a return, we offer a 100-day unused and unopened warranty & return policy. Unfortunately, if 100 days have passed since your purchase or if the item has been opened and used, we’re unable to provide a refund or exchange.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt of your item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund, and the credited amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company.
Reach out to your bank.
If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@order420.com.
Sale Items:
Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at hello@order420.com and we will email you an address to return defective or damaged products too.
Gifts:
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
For items not marked as gifts, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
How to Return:
Please email hello@order420.com prior to returning or exchanging your product(s). Provide your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange in the body of your email. Once confirmed, we’ll provide you with a return/exchange shipping address and instructions. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the customer may select the return shipping method.
Where to Send Returns:
Email us with the information stated above, and we’ll provide you with the shipping location.
You’re responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
