Section 15: Refund, Return, and Warranty Policy

We offer a 100-day return policy for unused and unopened products. If 100 days have passed since your purchase or the item has been opened, we are unable to provide a refund. Sale items are not refundable.

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. Shipping times vary by location. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Section 17: Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or labor disruptions.

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
